What we store

• Your account: your email address, your name and what you wrote when you asked for access.
• Your Delta API key: the key, and its secret encrypted so that it can't be read without our separate encryption key.
• Your trading setup: strategies, backtests, deployments, trades and logs, and your settings. If you turn on Telegram alerts, your chat ID and an encrypted bot token.
• Security records: login sessions with IP address and browser type, the delivery status of emails we send, and a log of security events.

What we don't do

• This public site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use your strategies for anything except running them for you.

Cookies in the app

The app uses two cookies, both needed for it to work. One keeps you logged in. The other recognises a browser you've used before, so someone flooding your address with login requests can't lock you out.

Who can see what

Your data is separate from every other user's. Administrators of AlgoDelta can see your email address and name, your account status and limits, your login devices, the labels of your connected accounts with a masked key, and the names, status and profit or loss of your deployments, so that they can run and support the service. They can't see your API secret or Telegram token, can't read your strategy rules, can't log in as you and can't place trades for you. They can pause or square off a deployment, which is recorded with a reason and you are emailed.

Who else handles it

• Delta Exchange: receives your orders and market data requests, under your API key.
• Our hosting provider: runs the server and stores encrypted backups.
• Our email provider: delivers login codes and alerts.
• Telegram: only if you turn on Telegram alerts.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. Login codes expire within minutes, and sessions end after at most 90 days. Backups are kept for about two weeks. The security log is kept without your email address after your account is deleted, using only an anonymous ID.

Your choices

You can see your data in the app and export your trades. You can delete your account in Settings once you have no open positions, which removes your API keys, strategies, backtests, settings and logs. To ask for a copy or a correction, or with any question, write to support@algodelta.cloud.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email.
